This eclectic duo of vocalist MOsley WOtta (aka Jason Graham) and deejay/producer Mud (aka Mike Graham) is carving out a niche for themselves in the Northwest Hip Hop scene. With a combined 25+ years of performing, these two have found a unique voice which puts a fresh spin on Hip Hop artistry. Jason is an accomplished painter, poet, teacher, actor and key voice with the group Person People. Mike has been in great demand as a regional DeeJay for a decade. Additionally he has played bass and guitar in various punk rock projects. Joining forces shortly after becoming co-workers at an independent record store, MOsley WOtta and Mud pushed the boundaries of traditional rap music while paying homage to its roots.

Their live shows combine Hip Hop philosophy(“peace love unity and having fun”-Afrika Bambaataa ), with the raw edge found in classic punk or blues performers. Through their willingness to play diverse and unique events, they continue to gain a devoted fan base. A MOsley WOtta and Mud show is an experience which incorporates theatrics, fluid musicality, and freestyle improvisation. Their much sought after debut EP, Scrap Mettle. has already sold over 400 copies since it’s release in August of 2008. A disc of new material is set to be released in spring of 2009.

With fans ranging from cowboys to b-boys these two artists are proving that Hip Hop has unlimited appeal.
